KIN is Hong Kong’s first sustainable food services company, launched in 2022 with our first F&B destination featuring curated menus from over 50 Asian brands to promote sustainable eating.

Our mission is to redefine how cities eat by rebuilding a food supply chain focused on quality rather than just price. We connect directly with farms, prioritizing ingredients that have the lowest carbon footprint and the best taste. These premium ingredients are made accessible through local supermarkets, favorite restaurants, and our sustainable catering service. By encouraging widespread consumption, we aim to drive systemic change in food sustainability.

KIN FOOD HALLS:

KIN Food Halls is Quarry Bay’s dining destination that puts out over 200 dishes in our recipe cloud from over 50 famous restaurants throughout Asia. Flaunting 300 seats across the venue, KIN is a foodie’s paradise that leaves you spoilt for choices. Curating dishes into a 'food playlist' concept, diners will be able to experience all types of foods and cuisine. Order your favourite dishes from restaurants like from Yardbird, OBP and Axian.

With a commitment to sustainability, more than 25 percent of KIN’s furniture was built from repurposed materials, including tables made from soy sauce dregs and crab shells, and benches made from old circuit boards. Originating from regenerative sources, ingredients used in KIN’s dishes are sourced as locally as possible to reduce carbon emissions.

KIN’s Recipe Cloud is a platform that allows brands and chefs to showcase their recipes and expertise. The food app offers a variety of food options, including famous recipes, fresh cooking, and social spaces to eat and drink. KIN's Recipe Cloud is a way for brands to reach more customers and collaborate with KIN on recipe development. This project we built the brand’s branding, strategy and creative marketing work. With KIN’s strong vision and mission owning a sustainability community and the chefs we work with, we put forward refreshing visuals and messages to play along with this new concept.

KIN Hoi Fan is a dining concept located inside supermarkets, designed to offer quick, healthy meal options. Translating to “Let’s Start The Meal!” in Cantonese, KIN Hoi Fan emphasizes using organic, nutritious ingredients free from MSG, promoting healthier eating habits. Signature dishes include the Triple Organic Egg Sando, a Japanese-style sandwich, and Antibiotics-Free Roasted Siu Mei, a traditional Cantonese roasted meat dish. Aligned with KIN Food Halls’ mission, KIN Hoi Fan prioritizes sustainable practices and ingredients with a low carbon footprint, blending local flavors with international culinary influences for a diverse and convenient dining experience..

KIN SCHOOLS provides healthy, sustainable meals to students, enhancing school dining with fresh, organic ingredients free from artificial additives. The program promotes sustainability by sourcing low-carbon-footprint ingredients and educating students about nutrition and sustainable eating. With a diverse menu that introduces various cuisines, KIN SCHOOLS makes nutritious meals convenient and accessible, supporting students' well-being and academic performance.

KIN is excited to introduce Good Burger, its new homemade burger brand, showcasing the Double Smash Burger. This delectable burger features a patty crafted from OBE’s 100% grass-fed Australian organic beef, known for its rich flavor and ethical sourcing.
